Job offer - Business Developper

Responsibilities:

We are hiring a Business Developer whose responsibilities will be the following:

  • Contact and qualify leads coming from the Company’s or Partners’ websites,
  • Perform web demos of the software to these qualified leads,
  • Perform in-person demos at the offices of these qualified leads,
  • Convert these qualified leads into paid customers and build a strong customer relationship,
  • Manage the onboarding of new clients (data migration, application setup, training, etc.),
  • Attend and participate to trade shows for lead generation and brand awareness purposes

Knowledge and skills:

You have a first work experience in Business Development or sales (1+ year). A previous work experience in B2B software Business Development or Sales is a plus.

You are interested in the legal tech industry and knowledgeable about SaaS or paperless applications available on the market.

You have outstanding verbal communication, listening and argumentation skills. You are challenge-driven, result-oriented and persevering. You are well-organized, efficient, motivated and a quick learner and you are overall interested in working in a stimulating and fast-moving startup environment.

Education

You have at least a Bachelor degree but a Master would be a plus.

Location

You will join the Houston, TX office (downtown area) under the responsibility of the VP for North America.

Internship offer - Customer relationship

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Customer relationship intern whose key responsibilities are the following:

  • - Participate in customer support (help, debug, suggestions)
  • - Gather customer suggestions and escalate them to the Product Management team
  • - Produce activity reports to the Management team

Knowledge & Skills:

You are interested in the legal tech industry and in working in a stimulating and fast-moving startup environment.

A previous work experience/internship in legal software company would be a big plus.

You have outstanding verbal communication and listening skills. You are well organized, efficient, motivated and you are overall interested in building a strong relationship with your customers. 

Education:

You have at least a high school diploma.

You will be based in Houston, TX (downtown area) under the supervision of the VP for North America.
