Job Offer - Client Success Coordinator
We are looking for a Client Success Coordinator whose key responsibilities are the following:
- - Manage customer onboarding (data migration, training, setup)
- - Manage customer support (help, debug, suggestions)
- - Manage customer claims
- - Gather customer suggestions and escalate them to the Product Management team
Knowledge & Skills:
You are interested in the legal tech industry and in working in a stimulating and fast-moving startup environment.
You have a first work experience in Client Success or Customer Support (1+ year). A previous work experience in legal software company would be a big plus.
You have outstanding verbal communication and listening skills. You are well organized, efficient, motivated and you are overall interested in building a strong relationship with your customers.
You have an undergrad degree or any higher degree.
You will be based in Houston, TX (midtown area) under the supervision of the VP for North America.
